Giant Gravitons as Fuzzy Manifolds
Abstract
Giant gravitons are described microscopically in terms of dielectric gravitational waves expanding into fuzzy manifolds. We review these constructions in AdSm × Sn spacetimes, discussing the different fuzzy manifolds that appear in each case.
