Quasiperiodic fields and Bose-Einstein condensation

Abstract
We construct a partition function for fields obeying a quasiperiodic boundary condition at finite temperature, ψ(0; x)= eiθ ψ(β; x), which interpolate continously that ones corresponding to bosons and fermions and discuss the possibility of condensation for these fields.
