On the relation of the monomial group with other algebraic structures

Abstract
It is shown in what way monomial group connects Abelian group Zn and total linear group GL(n). It is shown that any subgroup of Abelian group Zn induces subgroup of monomial group S2 Sn, which in its turn induces corresponding subgroup of GLn(R).
