A Bochner Type Theorem for Inductive Limits of Gelfand Pairs

Abstract
In this paper we prove a generalisation of Bochner's theorem. Our result deals with Olshanski's spherical pairs defined as inductive limits of increasing sequences of Gelfand Pairs.
