Conceptual and Experimental Feasibility Study of a Superconductive Micro-Undulator
Abstract
In this paper the concept and the first successful tests towards constructing a superconductive micro-undulator with a period length of 3.8 mm are described. The structures were built with a commercially available NbTi wire. A full 100 periods prototype is now under construction.
