Quasitriangularity and enveloping algebras for inhomogeneous quantum groups

Abstract
Coquasitriangular universal R matrices on quantum Lorentz and quantum Poincaré groups are classified. The results extend (under certain assumptions) to inhomogeneous quantum groups of [10]. Enveloping algebras on those objects are described.
