Abstract
All Lie bialgebra structures on the Heisenberg--Weyl algebra [A+,A-]=M are classified and explicitly quantized. The complete list of quantum Heisenberg--Weyl algebras so obtained includes new multiparameter deformations, most of them being of the non-coboundary type.
