Abstract
Let f be a holomorphic cusp form for SL(2,Z). In this paper, we prove for T13 M T12, the following short interval second moment equation* ∫TT+M|L(12+it,f) |2 dt f,ε Tε( M + TM+TM). equation* The proof uses the trivial delta method along with conductor lowering technique.
