Abstract
We present direct measurements of the thermal quenching factor (QF)for alpha-particles in Li2MoO4 scintillating crystals, conducted at base temperatures of 13 mK and 19 mK. Using gamma-calibration peaks from a 232Th source and alpha-lines from a surface 224Ra source, the QFalpha was determined to range from 1.07 to 1.09 which is consistent with previous studies. A slight energy-dependent trend in QFalpha was observed.
