Universal and nonuniversal pole-skipping points
Makoto Natsuume
Abstract
We study the pole-skipping phenomenon for a holographic superfluid/superconductor near the critical point using dual analytic Green's functions (arXiv:2605.20415 [hep-th]). (1) There is a hydrodynamic pole-skipping point that is common to all Green's functions: this point was obtained from the near-horizon analysis previously. (2) In addition, if one examines each Green's functions, the Green's functions have additional pole-skipping points. Unlike the conventional pole-skipping points, they do not satisfy the universality, i.e., they are not located at ω=-(2πT)ni, where n is an integer. (3) We also point out that a pole-skipping does not necessary implies an ambiguity of a Green's function.
