Q-Factor Measurement of Nonlinear Superconducting Resonators
Abstract
A novel method, which combined a multi-bandwidth measurement and an extrapolation procedure, is proposed for extracting the loaded Q-factor (QL) with improved accuracy from non-Lorentzian resonances of nonlinear superconducting resonators.
