Measurement of Decay Amplitudes of () with an angular analysis, for ()=, and
Abstract
We perform the first three-dimensional measurement of the amplitudes of B(2S)K* and Bc1K* decays and update our previous measurement for BJ -3mu/ -2mu 2muK*. We use a data sample collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage ring, representing 232 million produced B 0.18em -0.18em B pairs. The longitudinal polarization of decays to the 1++ c1 meson together with a K* meson, is found to be larger than that for the decay to the 1-- mesons. No direct CP-violating charge asymmetry is observed.
