Chern-Simons States in Topologically Massive Gauge Theories

Abstract
The set of degenerate ground states of an arbitrary nonabelian topologically massive gauge theory is shown to be in one-to-one correspondence with the Hilbert space of the associated pure Chern-Simons theory.
